Good afternoon!! it's #TarotImageTuesday (sshh! I won't tell anyone it's Wednesday if you won't!)
This week, it's the Two of Cups, and I've selected the Intuitive Tarot.
This is a very sweet and delicate image - the two figures embrace and kiss, one of them is seemingly straight edges and strong lines, while the other is flowing curves, emphasising that the connection or attraction identified by the Two doesn't always involve those...

I saw this deck being used by some fellow Tarotistas on Instagram, and wanted to check it out. I was pretty sure that it would turn out to be a novelty deck, and, because of the dark styling and combination of black backgrounds with orange borders, I expected it to become a Samhain deck, or one that was pulled out for shadow work and darker introspection...but I was very pleasantly surprised to find that the deck, despite it's some...

Good morning!! it's #TarotImageTuesday This week, it's the The World, and I've selected the Lumina Tarot.
With this image, there's quite a lot going on for what seems like quite a simple depiction, so let's start at the back and work our way forwards.
The dotted lines are reminiscent of the lines that trace the orbit of moons and planets, and the cycles that they go through, seasonal and elliptical in their orbits.
The thicker outl...

Published by Doslonce in 2008, these funky little cards are made in Poland, the name translates loosely as "divination with stones", "stones divine", or "stones predict the future", depending on just how loose and how poetic you're prepared to be.
The deck consists of 42 cards presented in a tuck box, a little white book in Polish, with an additional single sheet of information, and 3 'bonus cards' showing examples of each stones a...

Good morning!! it's #TarotImageTuesday This week, it's the Eight of Wands, and I've selected the Urban Tarot deck.
This is a great take on the Eight of Wands, set in a modern context. The wands themselves make up the spokes of the bicycle for what appears to be a pizza delivery guy, and it adds a certain nuanced meaning to the energies of the card...
Rather than being the 'flowing in the same direction' arrows or wands that we'd us...

We're 1 month into 2016 already - who can believe it! As January fades to a distant memory, and we're finally coming to terms with falling off our New Years resolution wagon, let's take a look at what 2016 has in store for us. Numerologically speaking, 2016 is a 9 year (2+0+1+6), and the ninth Major Arcana card is the Hermit...so what messages for the year does the Hermit hold in store for us?!
Well, I suppose it depends on *which*...

Good morning!! it's #TarotImageTuesday
This week, it's the Knight of Swords, and I've selected the Ellis decK.
This is a gorgeously rich image, filled with little tidbits of imagery that just allows the meaning of the card to shine through...
First we have the knight - his sword drawn and hefted over his shoulder...he's in no mood to brook argument, and the suggestion here is that it's his way or the high way, ready for conflict an...
